Washed coffee of the Bourbon variety from the La Berlina farm in the vicinity of Boquete. The taste combines chocolate with dark forest berries, which starts out with the sweetness of juicy orange, gradually transforming into tones of blackberry and blueberry. The acidity of the coffee is lively and the body rich.
Preparation: select the correct grind of coffee corresponding to the method for preparing your favourite type. For 100 ml of water allow 7 g of ground coffee. Use hot water of 93-94°C.
