Preparation guidelines: Allow 1 teaspoon of tea for each 1.5 dl of water and one more for the teapot. Bring the water to the boil and then let it cool down to 80°C. Pour and leave it to infuse for 40 seconds. Sieve and serve. Suitable for 3 infusions.
Ingredients: Sencha green tea 49%, roasted rice 49%, Matcha 2%. Both the Sencha and Matcha come from Kyushu Island, whereas the roasted high quality rice is sourced from Ishikawa Prefecture. Enishi means bond, hence symbolises the connection between the unique components. The mildly sweet flavours of the Matcha and roasted rice combine to make a delicate yet unmistakable composition.
