Indikace
Rooibos obsahuje poměrně vysoké množství vitaminu C. Vitamin C posiluje imunitní systém, je prevencí proti chřipce a nachlazení. Působí antioxidačně, přispívá ke snížení oxidativního stresu, zklidňuje stavy podrážděnosti a úzkosti, působí proti nespavosti a bolestem hlavy, zmírňuje křeče trávícího traktu a upravuje zažívací problémy. Neobsahuje kofein. Je vhodný pro děti a těhotné ženy. Vztah ke zdraví: Působí jako antioxidant.
