This is a blend created from tea harvested in plantations near Guwahati, on the banks of the mighty River Brahmaputra. When infused, the slightly twisted, homogeneous, dark brown leaves give rise to a liquor that is orange in hue. Featuring a pleasantly sweet aroma, the full, lingering taste hints at Turkish Delight and dried fig.
Preparation guidelines: Allow 1 teaspoon of tea for each 150 ml of water and one more for the teapot. Add freshly boiled water and leave to infuse for 3-5 minutes, then strain. Suitable for 1 infusion.
