Featuring a pleasantly sweet aroma, the full, lingering taste hints at Turkish Delight and dried fig.
Preparation guidelines: Allow 1 teaspoon of tea for each 150 ml of water and one more for the teapot. Add freshly boiled water and leave to infuse for 3-5 minutes, then strain. Suitable for 1 infusion.
A blend of tea from the environs of Guwahati, a town beside the massive Brahmaputra River. The slightly curled, homogeneous, dark brown leaves produce an orange liquor. Pleasantly sweet in aroma, it has a full, lingering taste reminiscent of nougat and dried fig.
