Preparation guidelines: Use 3.5 g of the blend (approx. 2 heaped tsp) for 250 ml of freshly boiled water and leave it to infuse for 5-10 minutes; then strain. Drink 1-2 times a day. Not suitable for children.
Ingredients: rose hip berry, apple pieces, hibiscus flower, Paulinia cupana (guarana) (15%), blackberry leaf, lemon balm leaf, lemon grass leaf, flavouring. Contains caffeine.
