Preparation guidelines: Use 1 to 1 tsp for 250 ml of freshly boiled water and leave it to infuse for 5 minutes. Weaker infusion is recommended. Drink 1-2 times a day. When using sugar, do not serve it in a baby bottle, use a mug. Excessive use of sugar can lead to tooth decay. Maximum sugar dose per day for one mug (250 ml) is 12.5 g (max. 5 g/100 ml).
Ingredients: lemon balm top, lavender flower. Lemon balm and lavender contribute towards relaxation and sleep. Blend for children from the end of the 4th month. It is advised to follow a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
