Infusions: 1Preparation guidelines: Bring the water to the boil and then let it cool down to 85°C. Use 12 g of tea (approx. 7 heaped tsp) for 1 l of water. Allow to infuse for 3 minutes. Strain and serve. Suitable for 1 infusion.
The Turzum tea garden is based in one of the most picturesque locations in Darjeeling, which is closely connected with the Sungma plantation. They are both famous for producing the finest teas. The regularly rolled green-brown leaves with an amount of silvery tips create a clear yellow infusion, which boasts a nutty and orange aroma. Its taste is delicate, initially revealing a note of young hazelnut, afterwards developing into orange and mandarin at the close.
