OrganicThe Sungma Tea Garden has been in existence since 1863. The dark green leaves of this tea give rise to a pale amber liquor, the aroma and taste of which are dominated by sweet, ripe, yellow fruit – mirabelle plum, apricot and peach.
Preparation guidelines: Use 12 g of tea (approx. 6 heaped tsp) per 1 l of water at the temperature of 85°C. Allow to infuse for 2-3 minutes; then strain. Suitable for 1-2 infusions.
