Preparation guidelines: Use 12 g of tea (approx. 7 heaped tsp) for 1 l of water at the temperature of 85°C. Allow to infuse for 3 minutes then strain. Suitable for 1 infusion.
The Puttabong tea garden spreads out across altitudes from 457 to 1,981 m, making it one of the most elevated plantations. The superlatives do not end there, though, as it is also one of the largest and oldest tea gardens in Darjeeling.
