Preparation guidelines: To make iced tea use 13 g of the blend (approx. 10 heaped tsp) per 600 ml of freshly boiled water; leave to infuse for 8-10 min., then strain; fill 2/3 of a 1 l jug with ice cubes (approx. 400 g) and pour the strained tea over the ice. For a hot beverage use 13 g of the blend per 1 l of freshly boiled water; leave to infuse for 8 minutes, then strain.
