Washed coffee of the Red Bourbon variety from the Mbirizi coffee factory. The coffee beans come from small farm holders from the Kayanza province. In the aroma of the coffee you will find a mixture of tropical fruit, in the taste citrus fruit, litchi and mango can be identified. The acidity of the coffee is sparkling, body rich.
Preparation: select the correct grind of coffee corresponding to the method for preparing your favourite type. For 100 ml of water allow 7 g of ground coffee. Use hot water of 93-94°C.
