Preparation guidelines: Use 10 g of tea (approx. 6 even tsp) for 1 litre of freshly boiled water. Allow to infuse for 7 minutes. Strain and serve.
Ingredients: ginger, lemon peel, lemon grass, nana mint leaf, fennel seed, cardamom pod, red peppercorns, lemon myrtle, liquorice root. May contain traces of nuts. Contains liquorice – those with high blood pressure should avoid excessive consumption.
